Shipping policy

We believe in delivering your products to you as quickly as possible and at a fair price. USPS is used as our primary carrier for all of our domestic shipments. Shipping Charges for domestic packages are based on weight and start at $4.90.

Most orders ship within 2 business days of payment being cleared, and generally arrive within 3-7 business days within the USA.

We offer FREE shipping in the USA on all orders over $35*

This is subject to the following conditions:

• Not available in combination with other offers.
• Shipping method to be selected by Ecstatic Games.
• Free shipping threshold only applies to undiscounted product charges.*
• Free Shipping applies to merchandise only. Taxes, Duties, Gift Cards and oversized shipping charges do not count toward the Free Shipping total.

* The free shipping threshold includes charges attributed to products only excluding any discounts. It does not include regular shipping fees. For example, if a USA destination cart has $45 of products and $10 of regular shipping fees making the total checkout price $55, this would not qualify for free shipping as the price of the products is under the free shipping threshold.

Currency

All of our prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any VAT, customs fees, or duties that may be due at time of delivery. We are unable to estimate these fees. These fees are solely the responsibility of the recipient. The value and description of items shipped will be accurately stated.
